No. It never expires and asks for no card. It includes the complete, unlimited CRM on web, iPhone, Android and MCP. The AI is included with a monthly allowance that tops up every month — not a switch that goes off.

How much AI is in the free plan?

Every month there is an allowance included, and it tops up on its own: enough for everyday questions, not enough to run briefings, transcripts and automations non-stop. When the allowance runs out the CRM keeps working — only the AI pauses, until the following month. With Pro the allowance is 25 times higher.

What does Pro include, and what does it cost?

Pro is on offer at €9.99 a month instead of €29.99, or €99 a year instead of €299 — two months on us on the yearly plan. It adds four things to the free plan: an AI allowance 25 times higher than the free plan across chat, drafts, briefings and transcripts; AI automations that work while you’re away; next moves and discoveries refreshed every day; ten AI card images a month. Everything else — CRM, web, apps, MCP, import, email sequences, Google and Microsoft, teams and permissions — is already in the free plan. You activate Pro in the app on iPhone or Android, and it applies everywhere, browser included. It is a limited-time offer: subscribe now and you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed.

How does the limited-time offer work?

It is two things at once. First: Pro costs €9.99 a month instead of €29.99 (67% off), and €99 a year instead of €299 (67% off) if you subscribe now. Second: the first three months are free, for anyone who has never used a CrmAI free trial. It is a limited-time offer and can end at any moment: subscribe now and you keep the discounted price for as long as you stay subscribed, while for new subscribers the list price goes back to €29.99 a month, or €299 a year. Once the three months are over the subscription renews automatically until you cancel — and you can cancel any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Are setup and migration included?

The subscription is software only. Importing from HubSpot or a file takes minutes and you do it yourself. If you want us to handle it — migration, data cleanup, custom fields — that is a separate project, quoted before we start.

Does a bot join my meetings?

No. CrmAI Notes records from your Mac, Granola-style, without joining the meeting; on your phone the app records. It also reads the recordings you already make with Meet, Teams, Granola or Plaud.

Does the AI write to the CRM without asking?

On web and mobile every write goes through a confirmation with the fields already filled. Over MCP operations run immediately, because the point is working hands-free: every change is logged and can be rolled back.

Where is the data?

On European infrastructure. With Enterprise you can have a dedicated instance, a DPA and the retention rules you need.
